WHAT IS VIRTUAL INTERIOR DEISGN ?
Virtual interior design or E-design (short for electronic design) is a convenient and accessible way to receive interior design services online. Through digital communication like emails, video calls, and virtual tools, clients can collaborate with designers to create personalized and stylish spaces, all from the comfort of their home.
WHAT IS THE PROCESS?
All services start with a 1:1 consultation call. Prior to this we will start our journey together with a questionnaire designed to gather important information about your needs and preferences . The questionnaire covers various aspects such as room type, design style, budget, and any specific requirements you may have. This will provide me with valuable insight into your vision for the space and ensure that the design process is tailored to your unique preferences. On our call we will go over the questionnaire to make sure we cover everything you need.
For Virtual Interior Design: Once the call is complete and payment is received, I will begin working on your designs. Final design delivery takes 7-10 business days from our consultation call.
CAN YOU WORK WITH FURNIUTRE I ALREADY HAVE?
Yes! All of our services are designed to work with an empty room or a space that has existing furniture.
CAN YOU HELP ME WITH THE PUCRHASING AND ORDERING?
As a virtual service, I do not handle the purchasing or ordering of any recommended items. You will be provided with a curated list of products and retailers where you can purchase the suggested items.
CAN YOU HELP ME WITH RETURNS AND EXCHANGES?
All returns, exchanges, and warranty claims are the sole responsibility of the client. I recommend checking the return policies of individual retailers before making purchases.
